About
Back In The Day is a tribute to Christina Aguilera's Grammy-nominated album, Back to Basics. Inspired by her supporting Back to Basics tour, the show spans songs from her debut album through to the musical film Burlesque and features a 9-piece band, including brass. This performance also honors the classic sounds of Motown and soul, capturing the spirit and energy of these timeless genres.

About Lauren
Front vocalist, Lauren Kelley, has been active in the West Michigan music scene for 10+ years, leading Grand Rapids-based cover band, Funkle Jesse, as well as offering background vocals for Kait Rose's 'Celebrating Shania!' tribute show and Hey Marco's tribute to Steely Dan.

She has also established herself as a solo artist under the stage name, 'Evelyine', performing in Grand Rapids festivals, on stage at Midtown GR, and Tip Top Deluxe. In 2024, she was named Revue Magazine's Best of the West Top 3 Solo Artist in West Michigan.
